At one of the farms Agro Energy Group grows the Angus bulls. This breed was bred in Scotland by selecting and improving local cattle bred in the county of Angus. Modern bulls come from two types of Scottish cows. The animals of the first type were clearly of a meat type, strong and early, and the second type was large in size, although it had a dairy direction of productivity.
A purposeful work with these animals led to the emergence of a new breed with unique meat qualities. The main advantage of the Angus bulls is a marble meat. Unlike most breeds of cattle, Angus fattening lays fat in the muscle mass. Moreover, the thickness of the fat layer can be regulated by feeding. This fat gives the meat a special juiciness and tenderness, which makes it so much in demand.
